We have committed to a climate contribution of planting 1 tree for every booking to help fight climate change. Trees are powerful absorbers of carbon emissions.

⁠Reforestation helps reverse climate change, but trees take time to grow. To ensure your carbon emissions are removed quickly, Trees4Travel connects each planted tree to a United Nations Certified Emissions Reduction renewable energy project, doubling the impact.

⁠Trees4Travel goes beyond just tree planting and offsets. It makes travel planet and people positive by:

  – Allowing travelers to follow the impacts of their planted trees

One reforestation project highlighted is the mangrove reforestation in Mozambique, Africa. Mangroves are vital ecosystems that protect coastlines, provide habitat for wildlife, and are powerful carbon sinks that can store 5-10 times more carbon per acre than rainforests. The project aims to reforest 576 hectares with a capacity for 4 million mangrove trees while stimulating economic growth and empowering local communities.
